This drill generates small exponent problems (base^exponent) — useful for anyone who needs quick recall of powers for exams, estimation, or programming-adjacent mental math, where reaching for a calculator every time is slower than knowing the value outright.
There's no single universal shortcut for arbitrary powers the way there is for squares or cubes, so this is largely a recall drill — though breaking a power down into repeated squaring (e.g. treating 4th powers as "square, then square again") can make the calculation faster to verify by hand.
